This wine is produced by Valpolicella wine, kept in contact on the skins of Amarone without a second fermentation. The contact takes place for twenty-four hours about, at low temperature to avoid fermentation and to assimilate color and concentration from skins.
Grape : 70% Corvina, 15% Molinara, 15% Rondinella

Tank : Stainless steel
Barrel : 6 months in French barrels and 6 months in stainless steel
A.b.v : 14.5%
Color : Ruby Red
Aroma : Red fruits, sweet spices and slight earth
Taste : The structure is fine, while its body is full and its finishing is warm and long.
