Dinner Venue: The French Table @ 23/F, 239 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai

When it first opened, there is on the nose cherries, pink rose, mint, bell pepper and slightly leathery, with significant flowery aroma than fruits. From time to time, the signiture aroma of Burgundy Pinot Noir reflected the quality of the wine. Cherries, Violet, Rose, Wet Mud, White Pepper appears one after another, a hint of the freshness like White Asparagus and Willow is also shown when it arrives the peak. An obvious aroma of Corn as well as some light herbs is observed at the last finishing sip we had for the night.
